My approach to counseling

My orientation comes from a “systems” perspective.  I focus on how individuals function in relationship to those around them, as well as asking about what is going on inside them.  Within this context, I explore how individuals can be separate while remaining connected to others.  I work with my clients from a position of unconditional openness, respect, curiosity and accountability to power.

I also work in the areas of life coaching and career development.
