Payment: To hold your place, include the initial $425 fee with your registration. For subsequent sessions, your $425 fee is payable in full one month prior to each session. Checks should be made out to Samaritan Center. Fees include all training materials & refreshment breaks (lunch not included). Registration will be confirmed within 7 days of receipt (by email or mail). Receipts will be issued via email for each payment.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify the registrar (ext.117) one month in advance of the training. We will refund the full amount you have prepaid, minus a $50 administrative fee.
